Tool & Die

Capital Plastics Corp. has one of the leading tooling design and fabrication departments in the industry. It has built its reputation on proven success over many years and an outstanding portfolio of clients. Our highly experienced engineering department utilizes state of the art design and fabrication techniques and up-to-date software packages such as AutoCAD and Master Cam. We also have a fully integrated ERP System. All tooling and vacuum calibrators are constructed in-house.

Although PVC is the most frequently run material, more rigid and flexible polymers are within our design and processing expertise including ABS, Polypropylene, Santoprene and Styrene. These are considered to be some of the more challenging materials to work with. Our philosophy of continuous improvement keeps us constantly searching for new and innovative materials.

Our capabilities, coupled with a willingness to take on all challenges, make us unique. In an industry where our competition tends to specialize in one market, Capital stays true to its roots as a true custom extruder. We pride ourselves on being creative when providing you with custom services.
